Purpose

To review applications and contact candidates. Only information necessary for recruitment is requested.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or erasure, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Information collected

Name, date of birth, gender, phone, messenger, region, preferred work and availability. Optional details cover experience, languages, passport availability and expiry. Do not submit passport scans or medical diagnoses in this form.

Consent and basis

Your active consent is requested for processing this initial enquiry. You may withdraw it by contacting the controller, without affecting earlier lawful processing. The required details are necessary to review your application.

Retention

Initial applications are retained for up to 180 days. If a later contract or legal obligation requires another period, you will receive a separate notice. Backup deletion procedures must be confirmed before launch.

Access and transfers

Access is limited to authorized operators. The controller must identify hosting and database processors, employer disclosures and international transfer safeguards before launch. Applications stay closed until these arrangements are confirmed.

Decisions and requests

There is no hidden scoring or automated hiring decision. Contact the controller about access, correction, restriction, portability or erasure. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the Polish UODO where applicable.
